GLXYZ Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the GLXYZ mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated and published by E-Sports Cortez Holding Company Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You confirm that you have also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• We may restrict or remove accounts that we reasonably believe do not meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Accounts and registration

• You register using a third-party sign-in provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Your display name may be subject to change limits.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deletion removes or anonymises your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Feathers (virtual currency)

The App includes an in-app virtual currency called "Feathers". The following terms apply to Feathers:

• Feathers have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for money or any monetary instrument.
• Feathers are earned through in-app activities and may be spent on eligible digital items, discounts, and physical merchandise within the App.
• Feathers are non-transferable between users and cannot be sold, traded, or assigned outside the App.
• Feathers confer no ownership right and have no value outside the App. We may adjust earning rates, pricing, expiry, and the availability of Feathers and redeemable items at any time.
• We may expire, reduce, or remove Feathers in cases of fraud, abuse, error, or violation of these Terms.
• On account deletion or termination, any unspent Feathers are forfeited and are not refundable or convertible.

5. Purchases, merchandise, and delivery

• The App offers digital items and physical merchandise. Physical merchandise may be purchased using supported payment methods, and eligible items may be redeemed using Feathers. Availability is limited and may change without notice.
• An order or redemption is confirmed only when we accept and process it. We may decline or cancel an order due to error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes.
• Delivery timeframes for physical merchandise are estimates only. Delivery fees are not calculated or charged within the App at this time and are coordinated separately. Any applicable fees will be communicated before fulfilment.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, and address.
• Refunds, returns, and replacements for physical merchandise are handled under our then-current support process. Because eligible items may be redeemed with Feathers (which have no monetary value), such redemptions are not refundable in money.

6. Payments

• Payments for physical merchandise are processed through supported payment providers. When you make a payment, you authorise us and the relevant payment provider to process the transaction.
• We do not store full payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Matches, predictions, and quests

• The App may offer match schedules, scores, predictions, quests, and similar engagement activities through which users can earn Feathers.
• Predictions are provided for engagement and entertainment only. No money is staked, wagered, or paid to participate, and no monetary prize is awarded. Rewards are limited to Feathers and in-app recognition.
• We determine outcomes, eligibility, and reward allocation, and may correct errors or disqualify activity that breaches these Terms.

8. Referrals

• The App may offer a referral programme through which you can earn Feathers for inviting new users.
• Referral rewards are subject to eligibility rules and anti-abuse checks. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, or manipulation.

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, automate, or game the Feather economy, quests, predictions, referrals, or leaderboards.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its security.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

10. Content and intellectual property

• The App, its content, trademarks, logos, team and player content, merchandise designs, and the GLXYZ brand are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Team and player profiles, media, and merchandise images are provided by us or our partners. You may view them within the App. You may download product images only where the App provides that function and only for personal, non-commercial reference.
• You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

11. Third-party services and content

• The App embeds and links to third-party services (including YouTube and third-party sign-in) and may embed other social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Video content in the App is streamed through third-party platforms such as YouTube. The availability of such content depends on those platforms, and content may become unavailable if it is removed or restricted at the source.
• We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of Feathers, data, or content.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud or abuse. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the courts of Myanmar.
